Our investors can make their investment payments in:

PURCHASE CONTRACT FOR ROOMS EQUIPPED FOR THE PRODUCTION OF RAW MATERIALS FOR PHARMACEUTICAL USE

Each room contains the following facilities to produce raw 1) Blood plasma Medical equipment necessary for this purpose 2) Cannabis for medical purposes A) Air conditioning unit for temperature, humidity and CO2 control B) Automatic irrigation system. C) Automatic fertilizer and pH control equipment. D) Culture trays. E) Lighting systems. Each Room occupies an approximate area of 60 m2. The purchase contract allows the PURCHASER to participate in the profit generated by the pharmaceutical operation of the room. The purchase contract does not allow the PURCHASER to use the rooms for their own purposes. The PURCHASER will receive monthly the amount indicated in the Annex to this contract. The amount received is the same whether the room is used for the production of raw material 1) or 2) The SELLER sells to the PURCHASER the number of units of Rooms indicated in the ANNEX 1 to this contract. SECOND: GOVERNMENT LICENSES FROM DIFFERENT COUNTRIES “PHARMA ASSETS CRE LLC” and its partners hold various public licenses that allow the production of raw materials 1 and 2 in different countries where production costs are lower than the market average. The SELLER does not carry out any production in Panama or the USA. THIRD: ENTRY INTO FORCE This purchase contract will take effect from the first calendar day following the receipt by the SELLER of the PURCHASER's Investment Request via the internet according to the model located in the Invest Now section of this website. This sales contract will be terminated if the SELLER does not receive the amount of the price during the following 15 calendar days from the date of issue of the contract.
